How THS Uses AI

The THS service standard · September 25, 2026

Put technology to work. Keep people responsible.

A trucking business needs useful answers, organized records and a clear next action. THS’s approach to AI is to support that work while keeping consequential decisions with accountable people.

This is our operating standard for AI-assisted services. The tools used, available functions and review responsibilities depend on the approved scope of each engagement.

Company update · September 25, 2026

A clearer path from a business question to reviewed work.

THS is developing its service model around a practical problem: a trucking business can have a dispatcher, software and a bookkeeper while still carrying unfinished administrative work. Our direction is to connect the information, the responsible person and the next action within a defined service scope.

The September 25 THS AI Operations Brief sets the direction for this work: use controlled assistance to prepare and compare records, identify exceptions and draft follow-up; retain human authority over commitments and consequential decisions. The brief is an internal research and planning document. Its recommendations do not establish that a feature has been deployed or that a commercial result has been achieved.

What customers should be able to evaluate: the agreed task, the records used, the reviewer, unresolved items and the next step. Our aim is more consistent follow-up and clearer handoffs. Any claim of time saved, lower cost or improved results requires measured evidence.

What is public. What still requires confirmation.

Published website tools

Ask THS provides an entry point for general service questions, with routes to request human follow-up. Published service information and illustrative workflows explain the intended process. They do not establish that a private system connection, upload or automated action is active for your account.

Priorities for controlled evaluation

Inquiry organization, missing-document checks, load-to-billing handoffs, accounting preparation and internal management-report drafts are development priorities. A named vendor feature or a proposed pilot is not evidence of a completed THS deployment.

Confirmation before service activation

THS must confirm the actual functions, permitted data, responsible reviewer, access arrangements and start conditions for your engagement. A website update does not certify portal security, authorize a payment or complete onboarding.

What AI can help prepare

Where specifically approved, assistance may include organizing an inquiry, comparing supplied records, flagging missing information, preparing a document or drafting a status update. A flagged item is a question to resolve. A prepared document remains subject to its required review.

Illustrative example: a delivered-load record may include a rate confirmation, proof of delivery, invoice and settlement information. Preparation can identify missing documents or mismatched amounts. A designated person reviews the source records and decides the next action. This example describes a workflow; it does not certify a deployed integration.

What stays under human authority

  • Accepting freight and making binding carrier commitments.
  • Approving payments, settlements and contracts.
  • Accounting close, tax treatment and filing approvals.
  • Hiring, rejection and other employment decisions.
  • Final regulatory determinations and externally released financial claims.

THS provides consulting, business development and administrative services. The responsible carrier and designated professionals retain their respective operating and decision-making obligations.

What a controlled workflow must make clear

Before automating an action, our standard requires a defined client, permitted task, source information, responsible reviewer and record of what changed. Access must fit the approved task. An unresolved discrepancy belongs with a person who can review it.

Your written scope should answer: What will THS deliver? What information must you supply? Who owns the next action? What requires your approval? When will the agreed work be reviewed?

Using Ask THS and reaching the team

Ask THS is an AI assistant for initial questions and service guidance. Its response can be incomplete or incorrect. A chat does not establish a final price, accept freight, provide a final regulatory determination or start paid service.

For help specific to your business, request service information or message the THS team. The AI assistant and team chat are separate conversations; include the context you want the team to review.

Keep passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers and confidential customer or driver documents out of public questions and general chat. Request the approved submission method when records are needed. See our privacy policy.

Availability should be stated plainly.

A vendor feature, pilot or planned integration is not a promise that it is active for your account. THS confirms service availability, access, review responsibilities and activation separately. We publish demonstrated capabilities as they are verified.
