What does THS do?
THS provides transportation consulting, business development and administrative support. We agree the tasks, deliverables, fees and responsibilities with you in writing before service begins.
Does AI make the final decisions?
AI assists with preparation and organization. The carrier retains operating and load decisions. The agreed human reviewers remain responsible for reviewing the work and approving consequential actions.
Is TMS support included with dispatch?
Only when it is included in your written scope. Dispatch + TMS is a distinct service selection; dispatch support alone does not promise every back-office task.
Is the call complimentary?
Yes. Schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to discuss fit and next steps. A Startup Review or Dispatch Performance Review is a separate paid service: $195 for 60 minutes.
What do I need to get the book?
Provide your email, phone and reason for interest on the book request page. Optional marketing consent is separate. The current book is Rev G, with 110 pages.
