Included with every activated plan

THS portal setup for your agreed services, the self-service dispatch toolkit and one 15-minute onboarding orientation. TMS access requires an approved TMS engagement. Platform licenses, implementation and recurring services are separately charged as stated in your agreement.

Choose the payment schedule that fits your business

Annual service is prepaid for 12 months at 10% below the regular recurring rate. Monthly-equivalent figures are comparisons, not monthly installments. Your agreement specifies renewal, cancellation, unused-prepayment treatment and any workload changes before payment.

Monthly service uses the stated regular starting price. The THS activation toolkit has no additional toolkit fee; it does not waive setup, software or recurring service charges. Your written proposal confirms eligibility, capacity, deliverables, workload limits, start date, billing schedule and cancellation terms before you commit.

Books setup starts at $495 one-time. Books + TMS setup starts at $995 one-time after review of your systems and records. Historical cleanup, migration and custom integration work are quoted separately. Software subscriptions, taxes, payroll processing, tax filings, custom integrations and additional work are excluded unless expressly included in your agreement. Implementation and other one-time charges are not discounted. Offers cannot be combined. Submitting an inquiry does not start service or charge a payment method.

and business records together.

Get help with TMS administration, bookkeeping and accounting tasks. THS can organize the workflow and handle agreed recurring work, with a record of missing items and next actions. Compare a combined plan or discuss the individual service you need.

TMS administration and financial records

Connect the load record to the books.

Choose help with your transportation management system, your bookkeeping, or both. THS defines the setup work and recurring responsibilities around your systems, record condition and monthly volume.

TMS setup and administration

Organize customer, equipment and load records; establish document requirements; maintain agreed load-status updates; and prepare complete billing packets. Track missing rate confirmations, bills of lading and proof of delivery through the agreed follow-up process.

Your working record: a setup checklist, assigned workflow, load-to-billing status and unresolved-item register. Data migration, integrations, software subscriptions and training are identified in your proposal.

General bookkeeping and accounting support

Scope transaction coding, bank and credit-card reconciliation, invoice and receivables tracking, payable preparation, factoring reconciliation and monthly close. Where agreed, prepare settlement or payroll inputs and management reports showing profit and loss, the balance sheet, cash position and unpaid items.

Your working record: reconciled accounts, an exceptions list and the agreed monthly reporting package. Cleanup, catch-up periods, payroll processing and tax work are identified separately.

One agreed handoff

For a combined engagement, connect completed loads and billing packets to invoices, collections, factoring fees and accounting entries. Assign the preparer and reviewer, set the close schedule, and show which missing records or decisions need your attention.

You retain control: your authorized team approves payments, payroll, credit decisions and operating commitments. Dispatch execution and carrier operating management require their own scope.

Service availability, assigned personnel, review arrangements and the secure records channel are confirmed before activation. THS does not present this service as a CPA audit, review or assurance engagement. Tax preparation, filings and other licensed professional work require an expressly agreed scope with an appropriately qualified provider.

Pricing: setup and recurring support are quoted separately. Your proposal specifies the entities and trucks served, transaction and document volumes, accounts, reporting frequency, software costs and any cleanup. An inquiry is free; it does not activate paid work.

Your systems. A defined working process.

Tell us which transportation management and accounting products you use, who owns the accounts and where records are kept. Your scope identifies the software, authorized users, setup or migration work, subscriptions and the method used to move information between systems.

For a combined service, THS agrees how load records, invoices, collections, factoring activity and settlement inputs reach the books, and how differences are reviewed. A software connection or migration is included only when it is expressly identified in your scope.

How do IFTA, IRP and driver records fit?

IFTA and IRP records, driver-file administration, and consortium follow-up can be considered alongside TMS and accounting support. Your scope states which records THS prepares or tracks, who reviews them, who is authorized to submit them, and which deadlines remain your responsibility. These tasks are not automatically included in bookkeeping.

What information helps THS prepare a scope?

Start with your legal entities, active trucks and drivers, approximate monthly loads, financial accounts and transaction volume. Tell us about factoring, settlement or payroll needs, the last reconciled month and any backlog. Use the public inquiry for a summary; THS will arrange an appropriate channel for confidential records.

How are setup and recurring support priced?

Setup, historical cleanup and recurring work are identified separately. Your proposal sets the included workload, delivery schedule, client responsibilities, software charges and the process for work outside the agreed scope. Existing contracted work is reviewed before additional services are proposed.

Administrative implementation and continuing support

Put the back office on a working schedule.

Missing records, repeated follow-ups and unclear assignments take time away from running the business. THS can set up the workflow and handle the recurring administrative tasks included in your agreement.

A setup your team can use

Receive a records index, task schedule and handoff process for the work you select. Each task identifies the preparer, reviewer and evidence needed to close it.

Recurring work with a named owner

Define the document follow-ups, packet preparation and reporting THS will handle. Agree on volume, frequency and escalation so you know what is covered each period.

A status record you can review

See completed items, missing information and decisions waiting on your team. Keep current versions and submission confirmations with the relevant task.

Describe the task that keeps getting delayed, how often it occurs and who handles it now. THS will explain the proposed scope and fee.

Scope and responsibilities

Understand the work, the records needed and the responsibilities that stay with you. Your written agreement defines the actual scope.

Suitable for

Motor carriers and owner-operators with a defined IRP, IFTA, registration, permit, record-reconciliation, renewal, document-request, or recurring back-office issue; and businesses that need ongoing administrative coordination under a written scope.

Not suitable for

Legal representation, tax-return preparation, a guaranteed agency result, payment of unknown liabilities, disputes that require counsel, or unrestricted access to client credentials.

THS deliverables may include

An issue and deadline summary; record inventory; missing-item list; agency or vendor contact log; filing-preparation checklist; responsibility schedule; renewal calendar; status report; approved administrative coordination; and a closeout record. A broad historical reconstruction or continuing back-office role requires a separate scope.

Records needed

Base jurisdiction; legal business name; USDOT or authority identifiers when applicable; number of units; registered and actual gross weights; jurisdictions traveled or planned; current cab cards; registration, title, lease, ownership, mileage, tax, fuel, and prior filing records as relevant; agency correspondence; deadline; and the specific outcome requested. Do not upload confidential records to a public form.

THS responsibilities

Clarify the administrative question, organize the record, identify gaps, coordinate authorized follow-up, document status, and explain when the matter needs an agency, attorney, accountant, insurer, or other professional.

Client responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate records; confirm filing facts; make elections; sign authorizations; maintain passwords and account control; pay agency charges and liabilities unless expressly included; and respond to requests by the stated date.

Review process

Initial issue screen; focused or continuing scope decision; written proposal; private record request; status checkpoint; client review of prepared information; authorized submission or coordination when included; and a final open-item record.

Fee treatment

Quote after reviewing the specific administrative issue. A single uncomplicated IRP question may receive a narrow quote. Extensive reconstruction, additional entities or units, continuing coordination and other work require a separately defined scope. Government fees, penalties, vendor charges, tax or bookkeeping work, legal work and other outside expenses are separately identified.

THS is not a motor carrier. Submitting an inquiry is not an agreement. Signing records acceptance of the written terms. Your written agreement defines the scope and any funding required before work begins. THS confirms the required cleared funds, records, client authorization and written activation separately.

From your first question to the work getting done

A clear scope. A confident start.

Know what you are choosing, what you will pay and what happens next.

View the six steps from inquiry to activation
  1. 1

    Choose your support

Just ask, learn more, then tell us which service fits. A free inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order.

  2. 2

    Confirm the scope

THS reviews your entity, workload, records and delivery capacity. Your proposal identifies deliverables, exclusions, setup, recurring fees and responsibilities.

  3. 3

    Review and sign

Review the named parties, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation and start conditions. Sign the issued agreement; THS confirms execution.

  4. 4

    Complete agreed payment

Use the payment instructions issued for your agreement. THS verifies receipt and any payment conditions before confirming readiness.

  5. 5

    Prepare your workspace

Confirm authorized users, requested records and delegated system access. Receive the approved secure destination for confidential documents.

  6. 6

    Confirm your start

THS confirms the delivery owner, outstanding requirements, first milestone and agreed start date. Registration or payment alone does not activate service.

This explains the process, not your account status. Your issued agreement controls the actual sequence and service conditions.

What do I need before onboarding?

Start with your legal business name, authorized contact, service needs, workload and existing agreement reference. Accounting clients identify accounts and reporting periods; TMS clients identify systems and load volume. Dispatch and owner-operator applicants complete their applicable registration. THS then issues a service-specific document checklist.

When will I be charged?

Asking a question, selecting a package and submitting an inquiry do not charge you. Your written scope and issued payment instructions establish the amount and due date. Starting prices are subject to workload and eligibility review. Do not send card or bank details through Ask THS or an inquiry form.

What happens if something is missing?

THS identifies the missing item, responsible person and next step. Access, document approval, payment receipt and agreement completion are separate checks. Ask for help with an existing engagement rather than submitting another purchase request.

Is a free service inquiry the same as a paid review?

A free service inquiry helps THS assess service fit. A paid business review has a defined scope and fee. Neither activates a recurring engagement. Your assigned accounting specialist provides the advertised 15-minute onboarding session when you onboard under the agreed scope.
