For carriers seeking dispatch support

Dispatch support for
your equipment and lanes.

Tell us what you run, where you want to operate and the support your carrier needs. THS reviews service fit and explains fees, communication and load-approval responsibilities. Already using a dispatcher? A $195 performance review can help you assess that arrangement.

Review the work behind the rate

Is your dispatch arrangement working for your carrier?

Repeated changes, missing paperwork and unexplained trip results deserve a closer look. The $195 Dispatch Performance Review helps you examine the arrangement against your records and operating goals.

Check equipment and operating fit

Compare selected loads with the lanes, schedule and equipment limits you gave your dispatcher. Identify who approved the work and handled changes.

Follow the document trail

Review broker communication, load instructions and billing handoffs. Identify the missing information or unclear responsibility behind repeated problems.

Compare the whole trip

Consider loaded and empty miles, time, agreed charges and payment status together. Separate quoted amounts from collected revenue.

The review includes a 60-minute session, limited preparation and up to five written priorities. Ongoing dispatch requires a separate agreement; no loads, rates or earnings are promised.

Begin with an operating review

Equipment. Geography.
Communication.

  • Carrier identity and authority context
  • Equipment types and available units
  • Preferred operating areas and constraints
  • Dispatch scope, communication and administrative handoffs
  • Service capacity, agreement and activation requirements

This route is for carriers seeking a service. Dispatch employment and training are separate matters.

What happens after the inquiry?

  1. Confirm the fit

Review needs and available service capacity.

  2. Define the engagement

Establish responsibilities, pricing and the agreement.

  3. Activate the service

Complete required funding and setup before work begins.

Scope and responsibilities

Understand the work, the records needed and the responsibilities that stay with you. Your written agreement defines the actual scope.

Suitable for

Active motor carriers that can verify authority, insurance, equipment, decision rights, preferred freight and an operating process ready to receive dispatch support.

Not suitable for

A request for guaranteed freight, rates, revenue, utilization, broker approval or payment; operation under THS authority; or transfer of the carrier’s safety and operating responsibility.

Deliverables may include

Dispatch-readiness assessment; equipment and lane profile; preferred and excluded freight register; broker-packet workflow; load-research and presentation process; rate-confirmation control; communication schedule; document tracker; exception log; and performance review. The proposal controls the actual deliverables.

Records needed

Carrier identity and authority; insurance; equipment and capacity; operating area; preferred and excluded freight; driver schedule; broker setup; rate and cost targets; document workflow; billing and proof-of-delivery process; factoring constraints; and decision authority.

THS responsibilities

Perform only the approved agency tasks, present available opportunities for carrier decision, maintain records and communications, protect access credentials through approved methods and escalate exceptions.

Carrier responsibilities

Retain operating authority, safety responsibility, driver supervision, hours-of-service compliance, freight acceptance, rate approval, equipment readiness, insurance, billing decisions and final commercial authority.

Review and closeout

Readiness review; written scope; access and authorization confirmation; operating profile approval; service start after written activation; periodic performance review; change control; and closeout of access, records and open items.

Fee and outside costs

Quote after assessment. The proposal must state any fixed or transaction-based THS fee, billing period, cancellation terms and client responsibilities. Load boards, ELD/TMS systems, broker services, factoring, insurance, permits, fuel, equipment, communications and other outside costs remain separate unless expressly included.

Boundary

THS does not guarantee loads, rates, revenue, utilization, broker approval, shipper performance or payment.

THS is not a motor carrier. Submitting an inquiry is not an agreement. Signing records acceptance of the written terms. Your written agreement defines the scope and any funding required before work begins. THS confirms the required cleared funds, records, client authorization and written activation separately.

View the six steps from inquiry to activation
  1. 1

    Choose your support

Just ask, learn more, then tell us which service fits. A free inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order.

  2. 2

    Confirm the scope

THS reviews your entity, workload, records and delivery capacity. Your proposal identifies deliverables, exclusions, setup, recurring fees and responsibilities.

  3. 3

    Review and sign

Review the named parties, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation and start conditions. Sign the issued agreement; THS confirms execution.

  4. 4

    Complete agreed payment

Use the payment instructions issued for your agreement. THS verifies receipt and any payment conditions before confirming readiness.

  5. 5

    Prepare your workspace

Confirm authorized users, requested records and delegated system access. Receive the approved secure destination for confidential documents.

  6. 6

    Confirm your start

THS confirms the delivery owner, outstanding requirements, first milestone and agreed start date. Registration or payment alone does not activate service.

This explains the process, not your account status. Your issued agreement controls the actual sequence and service conditions.

What do I need before onboarding?

Start with your legal business name, authorized contact, service needs, workload and existing agreement reference. Accounting clients identify accounts and reporting periods; TMS clients identify systems and load volume. Dispatch and owner-operator applicants complete their applicable registration. THS then issues a service-specific document checklist.

When will I be charged?

Asking a question, selecting a package and submitting an inquiry do not charge you. Your written scope and issued payment instructions establish the amount and due date. Starting prices are subject to workload and eligibility review. Do not send card or bank details through Ask THS or an inquiry form.

What happens if something is missing?

THS identifies the missing item, responsible person and next step. Access, document approval, payment receipt and agreement completion are separate checks. Ask for help with an existing engagement rather than submitting another purchase request.

Is a free service inquiry the same as a paid review?

A free service inquiry helps THS assess service fit. A paid business review has a defined scope and fee. Neither activates a recurring engagement. Your assigned accounting specialist provides the advertised 15-minute onboarding session when you onboard under the agreed scope.
