Company drivers

Looking for company-driver work?
Start with your experience.

Share your license class, experience, location and availability. THS coordinates your interest with the identified hiring carrier. That carrier confirms openings, qualifications, employment terms and hiring decisions. If you already applied, use your existing reference for follow-up.

Start with the fit

Know the carrier.
Understand the role.

Before an application proceeds, the opportunity must identify the hiring carrier, work, qualifications and approved terms.

  • CDL and relevant driving experience
  • Equipment familiarity and operating preferences
  • Location and availability
  • Carrier-specific role and screening requirements

This is an interest inquiry, not a specific job opening. The hiring carrier makes employment decisions.

Already applied through Indeed?

Keep your application moving.

Continue in the Indeed message thread for the role you applied for. Your original application remains the starting point.

What happens next?

The recruitment team reviews your existing record, confirms the carrier and role, and explains any additional screening steps. You should not have to repeat the same initial application.

This website does not access or update your Indeed record. Contact THS for help with an existing application.

THS responsibilities

Convert verified position facts into accurate copy, maintain applicant continuation and records, coordinate approved communications and document the carrier’s decision.

Candidate responsibilities

Provide accurate qualifications and records, complete the carrier’s required process and evaluate the position’s actual terms.

Boundary

THS is not the employing motor carrier. Do not require a duplicate application when a candidate has already applied through an approved channel unless the carrier identifies a necessary missing record.

THS is not a motor carrier. Submitting an inquiry is not an agreement. Signing records acceptance of the written terms. Your written agreement defines the scope and any funding required before work begins. THS confirms the required cleared funds, records, client authorization and written activation separately.
