Carrier Recovery and Operating Review

Missing records?
Start with a clear correction plan.

Tell us what is missing, what has stalled and any deadline you face. THS reviews the available records, lists the gaps and coordinates agreed administrative corrections. You receive a record of completed work, unresolved items and the next steps.

Records review and corrective planning

Make the next step clear when operations stall.

Account problems, missing records and conflicting explanations can leave a carrier repeating the same work. THS organizes the facts and the administrative actions needed for a focused response.

A dated account of the issue

Bring together notices, correspondence and relevant events. Separate confirmed facts from assumptions about the cause.

An evidence and dependency list

Identify the records still needed and the party responsible for each next step. Distinguish an urgent deadline from a longer-term improvement.

A corrective workplan

Set out the agreed action, owner and review point. Track completed THS work separately from decisions controlled by platforms, agencies or other providers.

Describe the interruption and any deadline in the initial inquiry. THS will confirm the private records channel and proposed paid scope. Recovery or restored access is not guaranteed.

Scope and responsibilities

Understand the work, the records needed and the responsibilities that stay with you. Your written agreement defines the actual scope.

Suitable for

Carriers with a documented platform, broker, vendor, registration, account, or operating-control problem that requires evidence organization, a corrective workplan, and coordination within THS's approved role.

Not suitable for

A promise to restore access, remove a report, recover a load, prove fraud, establish legal liability, quantify damages without records, or replace counsel or another licensed professional.

THS deliverables may include

A dated chronology; account and system inventory; access-state log; native evidence index; correspondence log; authorization and data-connection checklist; broker and load-event schedule; evidence-gap map; troubleshooting record; responsibility matrix; escalation list; and a corrective next-action workplan. THS may coordinate approved administrative follow-up and professional referrals.

Records needed

Legal carrier identity and authority identifiers; affected platform, broker, vendor, or account; user and vehicle status screenshots with timestamps; native emails and notices; support tickets; ELD authorization or connection records; troubleshooting steps and results; broker communication; exact tender or load ID, route, offered rate, decision, and reason; correction history; operating costs; mitigation; and current status. Do not place passwords, driver credentials, banking data, or privileged legal material in the public inquiry.

THS responsibilities

Organize the record without altering it; separate confirmed facts, statements, and inferences; identify missing links; maintain chronology and version control; prepare non-legal administrative next actions; and escalate professional questions.

Client responsibilities

Preserve native evidence; provide complete and truthful records; identify each affected account and load; avoid altering or deleting relevant information; complete authorized troubleshooting; make business decisions; and consult counsel when legal rights, demands, or claims are involved.

Review process

Initial fit screen; evidence-preservation instruction; written scope; secure record intake; chronology and gap review; client fact confirmation; next-action meeting; authorized coordination; and closeout that distinguishes THS deliverables from platform, broker, agency, or legal outcomes.

Fee treatment

Quote after assessing the administrative file and records required. A focused records review and broader recovery coordination are separate scopes. Multi-platform reconstruction, extensive broker or load analysis, expert work, legal representation, agency charges and outside professional costs require separate scope and approval. No fee purchases a promised reversal.

THS is not a motor carrier. Submitting an inquiry is not an agreement. Signing records acceptance of the written terms. Your written agreement defines the scope and any funding required before work begins. THS confirms the required cleared funds, records, client authorization and written activation separately.
