Included with every activated plan

THS portal setup for your agreed services, the self-service dispatch toolkit and one 15-minute onboarding orientation. TMS access requires an approved TMS engagement. Platform licenses, implementation and recurring services are separately charged as stated in your agreement.

Choose the payment schedule that fits your business

Annual service is prepaid for 12 months at 10% below the regular recurring rate. Monthly-equivalent figures are comparisons, not monthly installments. Your agreement specifies renewal, cancellation, unused-prepayment treatment and any workload changes before payment.

Monthly service uses the stated regular starting price. The THS activation toolkit has no additional toolkit fee; it does not waive setup, software or recurring service charges. Your written proposal confirms eligibility, capacity, deliverables, workload limits, start date, billing schedule and cancellation terms before you commit.

Books setup starts at $495 one-time. Books + TMS setup starts at $995 one-time after review of your systems and records. Historical cleanup, migration and custom integration work are quoted separately. Software subscriptions, taxes, payroll processing, tax filings, custom integrations and additional work are excluded unless expressly included in your agreement. Implementation and other one-time charges are not discounted. Offers cannot be combined. Submitting an inquiry does not start service or charge a payment method.

Setup & cleanup

Start with records you can work from.

Books setup from $495. Books + TMS setup from $995. We review your systems, opening records and handoff needs before confirming the one-time fee. Historical catch-up, migrations and custom integrations are separately quoted.

Reports are useful when the records behind them are complete. Your agreed reporting package brings the period’s results and remaining questions together.

You receive the reports included in your engagement, a record of unresolved items and the next actions needed from your team.

The close schedule depends on timely records and completed reconciliation. Payroll, tax preparation and filings require separate scope and delivery arrangements.

Income and expenses for the reporting period.
Balance sheet

Receivables & payables

Getting started

A clear scope before the work begins.

01 / Tell us about the business

Start with your workload.

Share your accounting software, legal entities, financial accounts, approximate monthly transactions and any catch-up needs.

02 / Review your proposal

Agree the work and fee.

Confirm deliverables, setup or cleanup tasks, software costs, responsibilities and the reporting schedule in writing.

03 / Set up your workspace

Begin with the right access.

After the engagement is confirmed, THS arranges named-user access, the secure records handoff and your first reporting period.

The initial inquiry is free. Paid work begins under an agreed engagement.

Questions & answers

Before you get started.

What determines the monthly fee?

Your number of legal entities and financial accounts, transaction volume, record condition and selected services. Cleanup, implementation and software subscriptions are identified separately in the proposal.

Can I combine accounting and TMS support?

Yes. Request a coordinated scope for load records, billing preparation and bookkeeping. The proposal identifies the handoffs, responsible people and reporting requirements. Automatic exchange between systems is included only when verified and agreed.

Can THS work with my current accounting software?

Tell us which platform and edition you use. THS reviews access, compatibility and the work required before confirming the scope. A website account alone does not connect your financial data or create a software subscription.

What should I prepare for onboarding?

Have your company details, accounting platform, account list, latest completed reporting period and a summary of missing records ready. THS will provide the approved destination for statements, invoices and other confidential documents after the initial review.

Who approves payments and business decisions?

Your authorized business representative retains payment and operating approvals. THS prepares and reviews the administrative work specified in your engagement.

Already a THS client?

Use THS Access for assigned workspaces and service requests. If accounting is not assigned to your account, request a scope review.

Your accounting workspace starts here.

Use your assigned company workspace to review document requests, submit records when secure intake is activated, and track the items your accounting team needs. Uploading a record does not mark it reconciled or close your books.

How will QuickBooks access work?

Tell THS your QuickBooks edition and the company you need supported. We confirm the appropriate access and reporting workflow during onboarding. Your website login does not automatically connect QuickBooks or grant access to another company's books.

Provide access through the approved invitation or setup process. Never submit your QuickBooks password, verification codes or bank credentials through this website.

Included with service activation

View the six steps from inquiry to activation
  1. 1

    Choose your support

Just ask, learn more, then tell us which service fits. A free inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order.

  2. 2

    Confirm the scope

THS reviews your entity, workload, records and delivery capacity. Your proposal identifies deliverables, exclusions, setup, recurring fees and responsibilities.

  3. 3

    Review and sign

Review the named parties, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation and start conditions. Sign the issued agreement; THS confirms execution.

  4. 4

    Complete agreed payment

Use the payment instructions issued for your agreement. THS verifies receipt and any payment conditions before confirming readiness.

  5. 5

    Prepare your workspace

Confirm authorized users, requested records and delegated system access. Receive the approved secure destination for confidential documents.

  6. 6

    Confirm your start

THS confirms the delivery owner, outstanding requirements, first milestone and agreed start date. Registration or payment alone does not activate service.

This explains the process, not your account status. Your issued agreement controls the actual sequence and service conditions.

What do I need before onboarding?

Start with your legal business name, authorized contact, service needs, workload and existing agreement reference. Accounting clients identify accounts and reporting periods; TMS clients identify systems and load volume. Dispatch and owner-operator applicants complete their applicable registration. THS then issues a service-specific document checklist.

When will I be charged?

Asking a question, selecting a package and submitting an inquiry do not charge you. Your written scope and issued payment instructions establish the amount and due date. Starting prices are subject to workload and eligibility review. Do not send card or bank details through Ask THS or an inquiry form.

What happens if something is missing?

THS identifies the missing item, responsible person and next step. Access, document approval, payment receipt and agreement completion are separate checks. Ask for help with an existing engagement rather than submitting another purchase request.

Is a free service inquiry the same as a paid review?

A free service inquiry helps THS assess service fit. A paid business review has a defined scope and fee. Neither activates a recurring engagement. Your assigned accounting specialist provides the advertised 15-minute onboarding session when you onboard under the agreed scope.
