Find the carrier fit
for your truck and goals.

Share your equipment, experience and preferred operating area. THS helps coordinate the inquiry and next steps. Review the identified carrier, written lease terms, charges and settlement process before deciding. An application does not guarantee acceptance, freight or earnings.

Understand the relationship

Review the terms.
Plan the operation.

  • Equipment type, configuration and availability
  • Operating area and carrier fit
  • Approved settlement terms and expenses
  • Insurance, onboarding and document requirements
  • Actual contracting carrier and decision-maker

Carrier availability and terms are confirmed before onboarding proceeds. An interest inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or earnings.

Onboarding sequence

From equipment review
to an activated unit.

  1. Operating fit

Review equipment, geography and the carrier’s requirements.

  2. Carrier review

Use the designated private application and document channels.

  3. Agreement & requirements

Review the contract and complete approved onboarding requirements.

  4. Activation

The carrier confirms readiness before the unit begins operating.

Scope and responsibilities

Understand the work, the records needed and the responsibilities that stay with you. Your written agreement defines the actual scope.

Suitable for

Authorized carriers with a documented lease-on or service opportunity and equipment owners evaluating whether the actual terms fit their business.

Not suitable for

Disguised employment, unverified carrier opportunities, guaranteed gross or net income, undisclosed deductions, or investment solicitations presented as jobs.

Deliverables may include

Carrier-opportunity intake; equipment-fit questions; driver and equipment checklist; settlement explanation; qualification workflow; applicant continuation; interview coordination; document-status record; and carrier decision record.

Records needed from the carrier

Legal carrier identity and authority; opportunity authorization; equipment specifications; cargo and securement requirements; legal-width or over-dimensional expectations; lanes; home-time practice; settlement basis; carrier charges; insurance; permits; fuel; maintenance; escrow; deductions; trailer terms; orientation; safety criteria; decision owner; and agreement/application destination.

THS responsibilities

Present verified terms accurately, organize applicant records, explain the stated process, coordinate follow-up and preserve the decision record.

Carrier responsibilities

Supply and approve the operative terms, maintain authority and safety programs, conduct screening, issue the governing agreement and make the final qualification decision.

Owner-operator responsibilities

Evaluate the business economics, supply accurate records, maintain required equipment and operating obligations, and obtain independent legal, tax, insurance or financial advice when needed.

Review and closeout

Opportunity verification; copy approval; qualification review; agreement routing; carrier decision; and closeout when approved, declined, withdrawn, filled or expired.

Fee and outside costs

Quote to the carrier after scope review. Recruiting media, background and MVR checks, testing, travel, orientation, plates, permits, insurance, equipment, fuel, maintenance, escrow and other operating costs are separate unless the governing documents expressly state otherwise.

Boundary

Gross settlement is not take-home income. No weekly figure may be published without its period, assumptions, settlement basis, material deductions, operating-cost context and carrier approval.

THS is not a motor carrier. Submitting an inquiry is not an agreement. Signing records acceptance of the written terms. Your written agreement defines the scope and any funding required before work begins. THS confirms the required cleared funds, records, client authorization and written activation separately.

View the six steps from inquiry to activation
  1. 1

    Choose your support

Just ask, learn more, then tell us which service fits. A free inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order.

  2. 2

    Confirm the scope

THS reviews your entity, workload, records and delivery capacity. Your proposal identifies deliverables, exclusions, setup, recurring fees and responsibilities.

  3. 3

    Review and sign

Review the named parties, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation and start conditions. Sign the issued agreement; THS confirms execution.

  4. 4

    Complete agreed payment

Use the payment instructions issued for your agreement. THS verifies receipt and any payment conditions before confirming readiness.

  5. 5

    Prepare your workspace

Confirm authorized users, requested records and delegated system access. Receive the approved secure destination for confidential documents.

  6. 6

    Confirm your start

THS confirms the delivery owner, outstanding requirements, first milestone and agreed start date. Registration or payment alone does not activate service.

This explains the process, not your account status. Your issued agreement controls the actual sequence and service conditions.

What do I need before onboarding?

Start with your legal business name, authorized contact, service needs, workload and existing agreement reference. Accounting clients identify accounts and reporting periods; TMS clients identify systems and load volume. Dispatch and owner-operator applicants complete their applicable registration. THS then issues a service-specific document checklist.

When will I be charged?

Asking a question, selecting a package and submitting an inquiry do not charge you. Your written scope and issued payment instructions establish the amount and due date. Starting prices are subject to workload and eligibility review. Do not send card or bank details through Ask THS or an inquiry form.

What happens if something is missing?

THS identifies the missing item, responsible person and next step. Access, document approval, payment receipt and agreement completion are separate checks. Ask for help with an existing engagement rather than submitting another purchase request.

Is a free service inquiry the same as a paid review?

A free service inquiry helps THS assess service fit. A paid business review has a defined scope and fee. Neither activates a recurring engagement. Your assigned accounting specialist provides the advertised 15-minute onboarding session when you onboard under the agreed scope.
