THS benefits & free tools

Check the load.
Prepare the paperwork.

Use the free calculator to compare a load payment with the costs you enter. Work through the dispatch and billing checklists before your next handoff. No account is needed. Benefits tied to a paid THS service are explained separately below.

No signup or payment is needed for the calculator and checklists.

What could this load leave?

Include loaded and empty miles, fuel and the operating costs you expect. Compare the offered payment with the revenue needed to cover those inputs and your target contribution.

Prefilled values are an example, not market prices. Include a fuel surcharge in the payment only once. Include driver pay, equipment, insurance and maintenance allocations in your other costs where applicable.

Enter your trip assumptions and calculate. Nothing is submitted to THS.

Trip contribution is payment less the costs entered here; it is not verified net profit. Omitted costs, taxes, collection delays, downtime and route restrictions are not calculated. This tool does not check broker credit, confirm a market rate or guarantee freight or earnings. Inputs remain on this page and are not saved to your account.

Included with an activated THS service

Start organized.
Know who owns the next step.

01 / YOUR COMPANY

An identified workspace.

Find the company, service destinations and support owner assigned to your account. For TMS engagements, see the assigned platform and whether workspace access is ready.

Benefit: A clear starting point for the right business and the right system.

02 / YOUR HANDOFF

A personal orientation.

One 15-minute onboarding orientation with your assigned THS specialist is included when your service activates. Review priorities, records handoff and your next action.

Benefit: Know what to prepare and where to go for support.

03 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Visible requests and progress.

View recorded onboarding checks, send a service request under your active engagement and return to its status and THS updates.

Benefit: Keep follow-up in one place instead of relying on scattered messages.

No additional toolkit fee. Service activation requires an agreed scope and verified access. Recurring service, implementation and software charges still apply. TMS licenses, live load feeds, dispatch labor, accounting delivery and custom integrations are not free toolkit benefits.

Just Ask. Learn More. Take the next step.

Bring the question.
We will help define the work.

Ask THS a question or send a service inquiry for human follow-up. An inquiry is free. A paid review, setup project or recurring service has its own agreed work and fee.

View the six steps from inquiry to activation
  1. 1

    Choose your support

Just ask, learn more, then tell us which service fits. A free inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order.

  2. 2

    Confirm the scope

THS reviews your entity, workload, records and delivery capacity. Your proposal identifies deliverables, exclusions, setup, recurring fees and responsibilities.

  3. 3

    Review and sign

Review the named parties, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation and start conditions. Sign the issued agreement; THS confirms execution.

  4. 4

    Complete agreed payment

Use the payment instructions issued for your agreement. THS verifies receipt and any payment conditions before confirming readiness.

  5. 5

    Prepare your workspace

Confirm authorized users, requested records and delegated system access. Receive the approved secure destination for confidential documents.

  6. 6

    Confirm your start

THS confirms the delivery owner, outstanding requirements, first milestone and agreed start date. Registration or payment alone does not activate service.

This explains the process, not your account status. Your issued agreement controls the actual sequence and service conditions.

What do I need before onboarding?

Start with your legal business name, authorized contact, service needs, workload and existing agreement reference. Accounting clients identify accounts and reporting periods; TMS clients identify systems and load volume. Dispatch and owner-operator applicants complete their applicable registration. THS then issues a service-specific document checklist.

When will I be charged?

Asking a question, selecting a package and submitting an inquiry do not charge you. Your written scope and issued payment instructions establish the amount and due date. Starting prices are subject to workload and eligibility review. Do not send card or bank details through Ask THS or an inquiry form.

What happens if something is missing?

THS identifies the missing item, responsible person and next step. Access, document approval, payment receipt and agreement completion are separate checks. Ask for help with an existing engagement rather than submitting another purchase request.

Is a free service inquiry the same as a paid review?

A free service inquiry helps THS assess service fit. A paid business review has a defined scope and fee. Neither activates a recurring engagement. Your assigned accounting specialist provides the advertised 15-minute onboarding session when you onboard under the agreed scope.
