Carrier Launch and Business Setup

Turn your carrier plans
into an organized launch.

Bring your business stage, equipment plans and open questions. THS helps organize the setup sequence, required records, provider coordination and assigned responsibilities. Your proposal identifies the work THS will handle and what remains with you.

Carrier launch implementation

Build the launch plan before the next commitment.

A truck purchase does not organize the business around it. THS helps turn your equipment plans, records and provider requirements into a sequence of work with clear responsibilities.

A launch readiness map

Identify what is ready, what is missing and which decisions come first. Separate confirmed quotes and requirements from estimates that still need checking.

A cost and responsibility schedule

Bring equipment, staffing, systems and working-cash assumptions into one plan. Identify which tasks belong to you, THS, outside providers or an agency.

An implementation scope

Choose the records preparation, administrative setup and coordination you need THS to perform. The proposal sets deliverables, dependencies and fees.

Need help with one launch decision first? The $195 Startup Review provides a 60-minute session and written priorities. Implementation and outside charges are separate.

Scope and responsibilities

Understand the work, the records needed and the responsibilities that stay with you. Your written agreement defines the actual scope.

Suitable for

Prospective founders; owners with a business entity but no active operating plan; carriers relaunching or restructuring administrative controls; and equipment owners who need to understand the business work before committing to an operating model.

Not suitable for

A request for legal entity advice, tax advice, guaranteed authority, guaranteed insurance, financing approval, equipment purchase advice outside an approved consulting scope, or a guaranteed launch date controlled by third parties.

THS deliverables may include

A launch readiness map; business and responsibility register; registration and filing coordination schedule; required-records list; insurance, process-agent, testing-program, and vendor checklist; administrative workflow; equipment and operating-area assumptions; launch cost and cash-requirement schedule; milestone review; document request list; and a written next-action plan. The proposal controls the actual deliverables.

Records needed

Base state; legal business name and formation status; ownership and authorized contacts; planned cargo, lanes, and operating area; equipment type, VIN or weight information when relevant; authority and registration status; insurance quotes or requirements; hiring or contractor model; target date; vendor arrangements; available capital and cost assumptions. Sensitive records move through the approved private channel.

THS responsibilities

Organize facts, identify administrative dependencies, coordinate approved tasks, maintain the workplan and status record, and escalate legal, tax, insurance, safety, or regulatory determinations to the appropriate party.

Client responsibilities

Supply accurate and timely facts and records; make business decisions; execute authorized documents; pay agencies and outside providers unless the written scope says otherwise; maintain equipment, insurance, safety, and operations; and respond to agency or professional requests.

Review process

Initial assessment; written scope; document request; kickoff after written activation; scheduled status reviews; change control for new facts or work; readiness checkpoint; and closeout record of completed THS deliverables and remaining third-party decisions.

Fee treatment

Quote after assessment. A focused review and a coordinated implementation are different scopes. Government filing charges, process-agent fees, insurance, permits, testing programs, equipment, software, taxes, professional fees, and other outside costs are separate unless the proposal expressly includes a named amount.

THS is not a motor carrier. Submitting an inquiry is not an agreement. Signing records acceptance of the written terms. Your written agreement defines the scope and any funding required before work begins. THS confirms the required cleared funds, records, client authorization and written activation separately.
