Choose the support you need

A defined project. Continuing support. Or a focused review.

Administrative implementation

Build the selected records index, task schedule and handoff process. Your proposal identifies the work, responsibilities, dependencies and fee.

Continuing administrative support

Assign recurring document follow-ups, packet preparation and reporting within an agreed scope. Set the task volume, service frequency and review process before activation.

A focused paid review

Resolve a specific startup or dispatch question first. Each $195 review includes 60 minutes, limited preparation and an email with up to five priorities. Implementation is separate.

Which services have a fixed price?

The Startup Review and Dispatch Performance Review are each $195 for 60 minutes under their service terms. Implementation and continuing administrative support are quoted separately.

Implementation and continuing support

Choose the work you need THS to take on.

Start with a defined project or recurring administrative need. THS explains what it will deliver, what your team must supply and how progress will be reported before you commit.

Build the administrative process

Set up the selected records index, task schedule and handoff process. Give your team a usable way to track work through completion.

Keep recurring work moving

Agree on document follow-ups, packet preparation, reporting and service frequency. Continuing support is quoted to the tasks and volumes you need.

Address a business change

Scope the launch, recovery or fleet-development work around a specific decision and the records available. Identify dependencies before setting the work schedule.

Have one question to resolve before choosing a broader engagement? Compare the two $195 reviews. Projects and continuing support are quoted separately.

Before you commit

A proposal you
can evaluate.

Your proposal should make the commercial commitment understandable before you accept it.

The work

Selected deliverables, exclusions, client responsibilities and dependencies.

The fee

THS charges, payment milestones, recurring support and any separately identified third-party costs.

The sequence

What starts first, what requires your input, and what satisfies the engagement’s activation requirements.

Are fixed package prices published?

The Hotshot and Trucking Startup Review and Dispatch Performance Review are each $195 for 60 minutes, with limited preparation and an email containing up to five priorities. Implementation projects and continuing administrative support are quoted separately according to scope.

Does an accepted proposal mean services have started?

The agreement states the activation requirements. Acceptance, required funding and commencement of work are tracked separately.

From a business question
to a usable working record.

Illustrative sample deliverables show the structure of a THS discussion. They contain no client information and are not evidence of client outcomes. Your agreement defines the actual deliverables.

01 / Readiness review

A launch action register.

Sample entry: Confirm the responsible carrier and operating authority context.

  • Evidence: current business and carrier records.
  • Owner: designated business representative.
  • Status: awaiting verification.
  • Next action: identify the missing record and reviewer.

An action register organizes work; it does not grant authority or certify compliance.

02 / Administration

A responsibility map.

Sample workflow: Receive a renewal notice, verify its requirements, assign the review and retain the submission record.

  • Input: verified notice and related records.
  • Owner: named administrative lead.
  • Reviewer: responsible carrier or professional.
  • Closure: confirmation and supporting record retained.

Responsibilities and deadlines must be verified for the actual matter.

03 / Fleet planning

A scenario review brief.

Sample comparison: Current fleet versus a proposed additional truck.

  • Inputs: actual miles, loaded share and collected rates.
  • Costs: labor, fuel, maintenance, insurance and overhead.
  • Questions: management capacity and cash timing.
  • Decision: assumptions to verify before committing.

A modeled scenario is an illustration, not an earnings forecast.

View the six steps from inquiry to activation
  1. 1

    Choose your support

Just ask, learn more, then tell us which service fits. A free inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order.

  2. 2

    Confirm the scope

THS reviews your entity, workload, records and delivery capacity. Your proposal identifies deliverables, exclusions, setup, recurring fees and responsibilities.

  3. 3

    Review and sign

Review the named parties, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation and start conditions. Sign the issued agreement; THS confirms execution.

  4. 4

    Complete agreed payment

Use the payment instructions issued for your agreement. THS verifies receipt and any payment conditions before confirming readiness.

  5. 5

    Prepare your workspace

Confirm authorized users, requested records and delegated system access. Receive the approved secure destination for confidential documents.

  6. 6

    Confirm your start

THS confirms the delivery owner, outstanding requirements, first milestone and agreed start date. Registration or payment alone does not activate service.

This explains the process, not your account status. Your issued agreement controls the actual sequence and service conditions.

What do I need before onboarding?

Start with your legal business name, authorized contact, service needs, workload and existing agreement reference. Accounting clients identify accounts and reporting periods; TMS clients identify systems and load volume. Dispatch and owner-operator applicants complete their applicable registration. THS then issues a service-specific document checklist.

When will I be charged?

Asking a question, selecting a package and submitting an inquiry do not charge you. Your written scope and issued payment instructions establish the amount and due date. Starting prices are subject to workload and eligibility review. Do not send card or bank details through Ask THS or an inquiry form.

What happens if something is missing?

THS identifies the missing item, responsible person and next step. Access, document approval, payment receipt and agreement completion are separate checks. Ask for help with an existing engagement rather than submitting another purchase request.

Is a free service inquiry the same as a paid review?

A free service inquiry helps THS assess service fit. A paid business review has a defined scope and fee. Neither activates a recurring engagement. Your assigned accounting specialist provides the advertised 15-minute onboarding session when you onboard under the agreed scope.
